Terms of sale

Last updated: 5 October 2026. These terms apply to purchases of the The Oh No Club Collection on www.theohnoclub.com.

1. Who we are

The seller is Tolgay Budayici, Avenue de Budé 35, 1202 Geneva ("The Oh No Club", "we"). Contact: bonjour@theohnoclub.com.

2. What you buy

A single payment gives one person lifetime access to the full The Oh No Club Collection: every lesson on the site, with its audio, including lessons added later.

"Lifetime" means for as long as The Oh No Club operates the Collection. If we ever close it, we will tell members by email at least 30 days in advance.

Three lessons are free to everyone and do not require a purchase.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in euros at checkout, as a one-time payment with no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

4. How you get access

Access starts immediately after payment. You sign in with the email address you paid with: we send you a one-time link, so there is no password.

Access is personal. Please do not share your sign-in link or your account.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

The Collection is digital content that you can use right after paying. By buying, you ask us to start providing it immediately and you acknowledge that, for customers in the European Union, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

That said, if something goes wrong, for example you cannot get access or you were charged twice, write to us at the address above within 14 days of your purchase and we will fix it or refund you.

6. Your use of the content

You may use the lessons and audio for your own personal learning. You may not copy, publish, resell or share them with others, and you may not use them to train software or build a competing product.

7. Our responsibility

We provide the Collection with care but cannot promise it will always be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. This does not limit rights that the law gives you as a consumer.

8. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Disputes fall under the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, unless mandatory law gives you another venue.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown on the day of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
